Every celebration is different. If your question is not covered here, include it in your enquiry and a team member will answer it personally.
01How do we secure our date?+
Start with the website enquiry form and share your dates, locations and coverage needs. If the team is available, we will prepare a tailored quotation and coverage schedule. Your booking is secured when we receive the required deposit within the quotation’s validity period. Paying or authorising the deposit after receiving those documents and our booking policies accepts the agreement; no separate signature or initials are required.
02Do you cover multi-day and cultural weddings?+
Yes. Sikh, Hindu, South Asian, civil and multicultural celebrations can be planned across one or several days. We shape the photography and cinema team around your complete schedule, including simultaneous bride and groom events where required.
03Can photography and cinematography be combined?+
Yes. Every Gurlal Gill Photography collection combines photography and cinematography under one creative direction. We prepare a tailored proposal after reviewing your dates, events, locations and coverage needs.
04Will you guide us during portraits?+
Absolutely. We offer calm, natural direction for portraits while leaving documentary moments uninterrupted. You never need to arrive knowing how to pose.
05What happens if the weather changes?+
We monitor conditions, plan practical alternatives and work with your venue and schedule. Rain can also create beautiful cinematic images when it is safe and comfortable to continue.
06When will our photographs and films be delivered?+
The delivery schedule depends on the number of events and final deliverables. Your exact preview and final delivery windows are written into your tailored proposal before you book.
07Do you offer drone coverage?+
Drone coverage can be included where the location, local rules, weather and safety conditions permit. We will confirm feasibility during planning.
08Can we customise a collection?+
Yes. Additional days, extra team members, albums, extended films, social edits and destination travel can be added to create the right coverage for your celebration.
09Do you travel outside Melbourne and Auckland?+
Yes. The studio is available across Australia, New Zealand and for selected destination celebrations. Travel requirements are included clearly in your proposal.
10Are raw photographs or footage included?+
We provide edited photographs and edited films only, according to your quotation. RAW photographs, unedited video or audio recordings, original camera files, duplicate or rejected images and editing project files are not supplied under any package, either to clients or anyone acting on their behalf. Detailed edited event films are different from the original unedited recordings. This does not prevent disclosure where required by law.
