These terms apply to your use of the Gurlal Gill Photography website. A confirmed photography or cinematography booking is governed by the quotation, its agreed coverage schedule and the booking and service policies accepted by the client.
Website content
Website information is provided as a general introduction to our portfolio, services and creative approach. Collections are tailored, and inclusions, availability, delivery schedules, travel and pricing are confirmed in an individual written proposal.
Availability and bookings
An enquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is secured when we receive the required deposit within the quotation’s validity period. Paying or authorising the deposit after receiving the quotation, agreed coverage schedule and booking policies accepts the agreement. No separate signature or initials are required.
Portfolio ownership
Photographs, films, branding, written content and other creative material on this website are owned by or licensed to Gurlal Gill Photography. They may not be copied, republished, edited, downloaded or used commercially without written permission.
This does not restrict the personal and family use licence granted to clients for their paid, delivered collection under the booking policies.
Portfolio and promotional use
Public use of identifiable client images for our advertising, portfolio or social media requires separate express permission. Paying a deposit does not provide that permission or consent on behalf of every guest.
External platforms
The website may embed or link to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google and other services. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be updated and temporary interruptions can occur. Contact the studio if you need confirmation of any detail before making a decision.
